Bringing the idea of co-working to health & wellness practitioners
WellnessWorks at Trinity Centre was created to offer healing professionals a space to heal others. First of its kind, WellnessWorks focuses on offering both space and service ensuring your focus remains solely on your patients. Understanding the challenges and costs facing wellness professionals starting and growing their practices, along with the growing trend of shared offices and co-working spaces, we developed the new concept of WellnessWorks.
Whether you need a flexible or full-time office, or would like help scheduling and managing patient appointments, accepting payments or billing insurance companies, our skilled office managers are available to take care of all your administrative needs. You can now focus on your clients, while we take care of the rest.
A modern space for healing in the heart of the Financial District
WellnessWorks acts as a modern wellness oasis in the landmark Trinity Centre. Our space is located in the 115 Broadway tower, which features a historical neo-gothic design that forced Thames Street to move 28-feet to the north just prior to being completed in 1907. In addition to the bronze work that greets you in the lobby, some of our window suites have been carefully restored to bring back the beautiful copper window frame details, which accent the clean, modern designs to mix the old with the new.
Outside of your office oasis at WellnessWorks, you’ll find that you are steps from nearly all of the transportation hubs and conveniences you could ask for, including Fulton Station, Wall Street, the World Trade Center PATH station linking to New Jersey, and of course an endless options of eateries to keep you energized through the day and unwind at after a busy day. There is no better neighborhood than the Financial District in Lower Manhattan to call home for your health or wellness practice.
A marriage of healthcare and real estate
Real estate developer Vicrum Puri alongside health professional and registered nurse Rachel Puri make up the husband and wife co-founder team behind WellnessWorks at Trinity Centre. A sister concept to their successful co-working community BrooklynWorks at 159, WellnessWorks was born out of Rachel’s experience and awareness of the challenges facing small and new health practitioners in Manhattan. The goal was to develop a place that could support the privacy needs of mental health professionals, executive doctors, and wellness professionals, while providing a flexible solution to their real estate needs.
Rachel, a native New Yorker from Brooklyn, enjoys travel, the arts, and the outdoors outside of the office, while Vicrum, from the DC area, takes in music, running and biking in his free time. While not running their sister office concepts, the Puri’s are busy raising their newborn twins.
